You can try the recipes that you can find online. Oatmeal and Epsom/Sea salts are probably the basic items you can add and are easily accessible since you can find them in your house.
You can try looking at these recipes, you can either use Epsom salts or combine it with sea salt

I prefer epsom salts in my bath. I also add some baking soda to keep the bath neutral.
Also remember to keep the water warm not hot. Hot water will dry out your skin more and puts undo stress on your body.
